John wins my most patient seller award!  We were under contract in November and did not close until the last day of March.  In this case the buyer was to receive $50,000 from the Sandy First Time Home Buyer Grant.  After months of waiting, wondering and delays, we finally got approval and sold his house.

With this in mind John, was calm, calculated and was able to put things in perspective.  Throughout the process I consulted with John on where we were and what options we had.  I helped him evaluate those options and ultimately he chose to be patient and it paid off.
