My family and I have used Matt Haviland to sell two homes in the past. The first time was in 2012 when the market was very troubled from the 2008 housing market crash. Matthew Haviland’s work is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Matt Haviland was our realtor for purchasing a house in Woods Landing in Mays Landing, New Jersey. We knew we wanted to buy a resale and we had a good idea of what type of house layout we wanted and Matt worked hard for us. We had a house to sell in northern Jersey and he was patient and creative, sticking with us as we went through the process of selling our home.
