Bloom Coffee And Tea Now Open In Northfield, NJ

I just went to Bloom Coffee & Tea today.  Bloom just opened on Monday and I had to check it out.  Bloom is owned by my friends Jeff and Ashley Macpherson.  I asked them why they decided to open up a coffee shop.  Ashley said she has always wanted to have a coffee shop and Jeff is experienced in the restaurant industry so the couple teamed up to start Bloom.

Bloom is located at 1600 New Road in Northfield, NJ.  It’s a great location that is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking designated for Bloom customers only.  The building has been completely remodeled and is all new inside.  Bloom is comfortable and inviting with ample seating to sit and relax.  The atmosphere is great and the coffee and tea is the best!  I ordered an Iced tea with lemon and sweetened with Agave (no sugar).  It was delicious and refreshing.

Stop in and visit Bloom you won’t be disappointed!  Tell Jeff and Ashley that I sent you.

It’s A Sign Of The Times!

on-the-edge-mdIt’s a sign of the times!

Most of us grew up thinking that if we planned well and played by the rules, we’d never have to stand by as our financial lives unraveled.

But upheaval on Wall Street, unacceptable rates of unemployment and plummeting real estate values have taken their toll.  Since 2007, 7.9 million homeowners have lost their homes to foreclosure. Current estimates are that one in four homeowners owe more on their mortgages than they could get from the sale of their home. Millions more homes will be lost to foreclosure before this real estate crisis runs its course.

The sad fact is that foreclosure is not an isolated event. For months leading up to the loss of a home, financially strapped homeowners live under a cloud of uncertainty.  And then for many years afterwards, the blow to credit gets in the way of buying another home or buying anything on credit. Foreclosure even complicates employment prospects.

The impact of foreclosure is huge and the sad fact is that it’s often avoidable.

As a real estate professional who has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, my mission is to provide financially strapped homeowners with options to foreclosure, ensure that they steer clear of scams, and help navigate them through the solution that best meets their needs.

Among the most important facts to keep in mind: the sooner help is sought, the better the options.

These are tough times, but more help is available than ever before. If you or someone you care about is ready to navigate away from the dark cloud of an unmanageable mortgage and realize that hope and blue skies are within reach, contact me today and let’s get started.

I put together a free report on options for home owners.  Click here to get a copy:  https://sjhouses.com/10options

Great News For Home Buyers In Galloway Township, Egg Harbor Township, and Hamilton Township, NJ

100_4134

Congress Extends Rural Definition Until September 30th, 2013.  This means that home buyers in Galloway, Egg Harbor Township, and Hamilton Township can continue to buy homes with Zero Down Payment and low fixed rate 30 year home loans through USDA.  This has been a very popular loan program allowing home buyers to purchase with no down payment.  Interest rates are also low and fees are low allowing for low monthly payments.

This morning, Congress passed an FY13 Continuing Resolution (CR) to keep the government funded loan program through the end of the fiscal year. The CR includes a specific provision that extends eligibility for all rural communities that are currently eligible until September 30, 2013.

This gives rural advocates more time to build cosponsors for H.R. 858, the Rural Housing Preservation Act. So, please remember to ask your Representatives to cosponsor this bill to ensure that more than 900 rural communities can remain eligible for USDA Rural Housing programs.

If you would like more information on home loan options call for a FREE RECORDED MESSAGE:  (888) 856-3579 ext. 1

Best wishes,
