With brand new properties selling for $300,000, this initiative is designed to make homeownership a reality for long-term Atlantic City residents.

🔑 Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a current Atlantic City resident for over 5 years.
The property must be your primary residence for at least 15 years.
The home cannot be used as a short-term rental (e.g., Airbnb).

💰 Program Details:

$100,000 DPA grant from the City of Atlantic City.
Forgivable mortgage associated with the DPA.
Properties priced at $300,000—no higher, regardless of offers.
