Local expert for an Atlantic County market analysis and a presentation about towns and neighborhoods of interest to investors in the county. 

This will include investor tips for rehabs and rentals in various locations throughout the county.  We will discuss issues such as: what sells?  how fast does it sell?  how much rehab do buyers expect?  what rents?  Who buys, who rents?  What are renters looking for?  What’s out there now being offered to buyers & renters?

 

We will give solid info about neighborhoods and recent market trends so investors can make good decisions about buying rehabs or rentals and where to flip or buy.
