Day At The Zoo

You are invited to our fun Day At The Zoo with me your real estate consultant for life and the entire Haviland Group. This is my way of saying thank you for trusting me with your real estate needs, introducing me to the people you care about and for allowing me to be a part of your life.

Our Day at The Zoo will take place on Saturday June 7th from 10 AM to 2 PM at Cape May County Park & Zoo, Shelter C. I’ll have lunch and refreshments provided during that time and we’ll also have some great prizes to give away!

John Wins Most Patient Seller Award For The Sale Of His Somers Point House

John wins my most patient seller award!  We were under contract in November and did not close until the last day of March.  In this case the buyer was to receive $50,000 from the Sandy First Time Home Buyer Grant.  After months of waiting, wondering and delays, we finally got approval and sold his house.

With this in mind John, was calm, calculated and was able to put things in perspective.  Throughout the process I consulted with John on where we were and what options we had.  I helped him evaluate those options and ultimately he chose to be patient and it paid off.

The Walk – Tanger Outlets, Clarks Bostonian Store, Atlantic City NJ, Winter Visit

Last Sunday my wife and I took a trip to Atlantic City Tanger Outlets The Walk.  After some miserable cold weather it was a mild day and great to get out and walk around.  One of my favorite stores is the Clarks shoes outlet.  They have the most comfortable dress shoes I’ve ever warn.  I like the lightweight shoe they make that is like wearing a sneaker.  I’m on my 6th or 7th pair now.

My friend Caesar manages the store and we had a great conversation while there.  He provides great service because he wants to, not because he has to.  I found this refreshing to hear from someone , like me, who is passionate about what they do.

So if you are in need of shoes try Clarks Outlet at The Walk.  Tell Caesar I sent you.  By the way… they are having a fantastic sale right now.  You’ll be glad you stopped in.  It’s well worth the visit.  Best wishes, Matt
