Recently I visited a fantastic new home community in Barnegat, NJ at exit 67 on the Garden State Parkway.  This community is just off the exit giving you easy access to points North and South.  Lennar homes is one of the premier home builders in the country and this community is very impressive.

If you are looking for a brand new home in a 55 and over community in NJ consider Venue at Lighthouse Station.  The quality of the homes is fantastic and better than most of the other new home communities I’ve seen.  They also have several fantastic layouts to choose from.  Basements are an option which is nice for extra storage space.  The community has homes on one level and also offers second floor options.
